I've only used it for a week but so far it been working great. My appetite isn't the same as before, because I'm not going back for seconds or thirds anymore!
I don't really believe in hypnotism but I need help sometimes falling asleep and this one did the trick! Harrold's voice is..well, hypnotising! I don't feel any significant change in my eating habits, but I find the tape very pleasant to listen to just before bed, and most of the time I really do feel "hypnotized" in that I lose track of what he is saying and don't snap out of it till the end music. A fun book!
This is a hypnotic recording. I listen to them as I'm going to sleep. I seem to sleep better and think it helps in whatever subject I'm listening to. In this case, weight lose. I don't have the nightly cravings anymore since I've been listening to it.
What a disappointment. The dialog was very narrowly focused and lacked any good descriptions for successful visualization. The narrator's voice was cheesy and borderline annoying.
3 Stars because it did relax me, but only 3 stars because I only fell asleep - there has been no change to my weight pattern after listening to it several times.
Good for sleep though!
I gave this 5 listens before I just could take it no more. 30 minute segments should be a full 60. He has a dull voice that gets worse with time. The "music" at the beginning and end is beyond cheesy. The worst is to hear him say "sickly sweet and fattening foods." Who talks like that?
Ilove hypnosis and subliminal messages. I didn't like this at all.... You can't go str8 to the hypnosis with out the intro. If you do try you r too far into it. There is better out there.
