Publisher's summary

"Less is more" - or, more specifically, the less you have to do, the more life you have to live. Efficiency expert Ari Meisel details his "Less Doing" philosophy, which will streamline your life, and make everything easier. In business and our personal lives, it often seems as if the only way to get more done is by putting in more time - more hours at the office, more days running errands. But what if there were a way that we could do less, and free up more time for the things and people we love? If this sounds like what you need, Ari Meisel - TEDx speaker, efficiency consultant, and achievement architect - has the program for you.

In Less Doing, More Living, Meisel explores the fundamental principles of his “Less Doing” philosophy, educating the listener on: Optimizing workflow with 21st-century apps and tools. Creating an “external brain” in the Cloud to do all of your “lower” thinking - like keeping track of appointments, meetings, and ideas. How to use technology to live a paper-free life. The three fundamentals of wellness - fitness, sleep, and nutrition - and technological approaches to improving these areas of life. And so much more! This audiobook will give listeners new tools and techniques for streamlining their workload, being more efficient in their day-to-day activities, and making everything in life easier.

Lots of lists

I feel like the majority of the book is a list of websites to help automate things. Useful, but better in book format not audio in my opinion.

Valuable resource!!!

Really good book for people who want to get better with their time management! Although it would have been great if there was a companion PDF for reference!

Fantastic, actionable, info

The Ninja-Jedi guide to absolute productivity. Like its material, it is very quick and efficient at teaching you MUCH better ways to do things. Hearing this book and doing what it said literally saved me 5 hours just last week. No exaggeration. Way to go, Ari. Great, great book.

Worth a listen since it's short

Some good tips, but some content is out-date now (since the book was leading edge when written) and he goes a bit beyond his scope of knowledge on the health stuff.

Nice idea

A great idea for achieving authenticity in life, but only for those that can afford to do it.

Positive talk, but that’s about it

I would recommend this to an apple enthusiast who wants to think positive and has nothing to do with his time

Awesome Narrator, Stupid Content

Sean Pratt is may favorite narrator, he just adds life to any book he does. However, I cannot agree to the suggestions in this book, because the author is suggesting putting your entire life in the cloud, and paying for many, many services to do everything for you -- No Thanks!
