In 2006 Jamie Tworkowski wrote a story called "To Write Love on Her Arms" about helping a friend through her struggle with drug addiction, depression, and self-injury. The piece was so hauntingly beautiful that it quickly went viral, giving birth to a nonprofit organization of the same name. Nine years later To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) is an internationally recognized leader in suicide prevention and a source of hope, encouragement, and resources for people worldwide.
Jamie's words have been shared hundreds of thousands of times online. They've shown up on T-shirts and posters and even tattoos. Now, for the first time, Jamie's writing is available in the form of a book. If You Feel too Much is a celebration of hope, wonder, and what it means to be human. From personal stories of struggling on days most people celebrate to offering words of strength and encouragement in moments of loss, the essays in this audiobook invite listeners to believe that it's okay to admit to pain and it's okay to ask for help. If You Feel Too Much is an important book from one of this generation's most important voices.

Evoking, deep, one of the most honest literature to date.
I cradled a lump in my throat if I wasn't tearing throughout the entire book. I will be re- listening many times to come. I am grateful for stumbling upon this book. Thank you Jamie.
Jamie speaks for every tormented soul as he makes heavy promises and dark declarations, layered up with proof of light and love. He is brave and humble, passionate and deep in a way that rivals the Ocean that has his heart. He makes this gritty grace from a good God real and attainable and he introduces Him in a way that feels safe to believe in.
I listened all the way through to the very last acknowledgement and help line number and I stood in the rain with my headphones silent once it was complete.
This book is a journey. It's a rip your heart out and knead it Into something a little more whole and then smashing it back inside your chest, pounding with the most delicious hope kind of journey.
It's a high and it will take a bit to come down from it.
