As I listened to this audio I slowly felt the calm and the relaxation flow into my body. This audio contained helpful meditation breathing exercises.
The narrator has a very soothing voice.
Well written meditation, everything went too fast to really visualize and internalize the ideas presented. Guided exhalations were way too fast. Assumption is made about where most stress is carried. Doesn't give enough time for each body part. Would do this meditation again if they re-record it and go much slower. Feel the same or more stress after doing this.
