I like to practice mindfulness meditation on a daily basis and enjoy listening to and reading a lot of books on mindfulness as well. This audio book has de-stressedmy life in so many ways. I am no longer anxious instead I am comfortable in the moment. I also have a better appreciation for what I do have. While I do not experiece mindfulness on the level I do when meditating (free of judgement or thinking of the past and future) this audio book has made life much more enjoyable. Work and school full time would lead to moments of feeling overwhelmed. When I start experiencing these emotions its as if I now have the potentional to go with the stressful thoughts or decide to ignore them and enjoy relaxing thoughts instead with a little bit of effort. Very stressful things can still get me from time to time but it keeps improving the longer I listen! I didn't notice much for the first 4 weeks. I am going to try more of these audio books!
