    "returning it - worse then coffee."

    I've listened to this for a week, and decided to return it. The author comes across as type A personality, I don't find the book relaxing.

    The book feels more like a "pump you up sales meeting", then a method to learn to relax and teach yourself how to fall asleep.

    Narrator used some words and phrases that didn't fit with my usual vocabulary....caused me to stop and try to figure out what he meant ....phrases like,"go deeper" " double your relaxation"...I wish his metaphors were a little clearer.

    I had zero expectations, but listening to this has really helped me sleep. I'm sleeping for 6 hours most nights!

    "Don't waste your time or money!"

    This wasn't what I expected. You could make this yourself in your garage in 15 minutes! I would not recommend this.

    1. The guys voice isn't very soothing or relaxing to to me.

    2. Most of the book is ambulance sounds.

    I love this meditation book. I use it nightly to help me sleep but it also stops nightmares. I would def reccomend people to give it a try
