The only professional part of this audio book was the guy at the start who says "This is Audible". The rest sounds like it is recorded in someones kitchen. The information presented was not helpful and could be perceived as quite condescending to people who experience these feelings. My suggestion - buy something else.
Although, the issues were clear and transparent, I felt the solutions on how to cope with anxiety, was a bit too one-dimensional.
