Works for me
His voice, as other reviewers have said, may be an issue for some. I got used to it within one listening. I've used guided meditations --my favorite is Shakti Gawain-- and relaxation tapes in the past. I like the way this hypnosis CD is constructed. And it certainly worked for me.

I started listening to his CDs two weeks ago, and today when I was driving home, I caught myself feeling happy and my heart was filled with joy - for no particular reason ... Glenn Harrold offers highest quality hypnosis recordings thanks to his music recording experience in the past. You’ll find his voice most calming, gentle and assertive, perfect for hypnosis recordings… Remember you cannot be hypnotized if you don’t want to be. It took me quite a few days to finally let go and go into trance, it’s a life changing experience, and when you are there with Glenn Harrold’s voice guiding you, you’ll feel safe and secure…

Favorite among many
This is the first hypnotherapy audio I purchased and I liked to so much that I purchased several others by different narrators, but this is by far the best. I have used it for over three years now. I have found it especially helpful on long plane trips when it is difficult to relax. If I find anxiety interrupting my sleep I plug in my ipod with the sleep timer set to 30 minutes and it works every time. My teen-age son has also started listening to it as well.

Would you consider the audio edition of Complete Relaxation to be better than the print version?
This is very effective. Of course, it is my first so I have nothing to compare it to. But for me, who has extreme anxiety/stress/insomnia, it worked! It is an hour long. I was asleep after the first 10 minutes and did not wake till morning. To answer audibles question in this section of review...I do not understand how the 'print version' would help at all.

Takes time but it works
I am an option trader and sometimes my work is extremely stressful. I can make or lose tens of thousands of dollars in a few hours. In the past I have experienced times of such anxiety over trading decisions that I really questioned why I am in this field. I was almost ready to give it all away until I discovered this program.
After 3 months of using this program twice a day I can handle anything that is thrown at me. It works. I am now able to make better decisions because I can stay calm in the moment. Nothing overwhelms me anymore.
In the beginning I had my doubts, but now I am convinced. This product and many of his others are gold! Have faith in the process and the results will come.
People who have an issue with the music or his accent and don’t persevere are really missing out. You wouldn't throw away a Ferrari because you don't like the colour.

Powerful Stuff
A friend recommended this to me as I was struggling with my teenager. Listening to this daily has really allowed me not only to manage the stress, but step back and realize there's only so much a parent can do. This program has become a part of my daily routine, and I recommend it to others constantly. I've learned that really relaxing is a process and you have to devote time everyday to continue to reap the benefits.
Thank you Glenn Harrold, I bow before you! I now have the focus, energy, and courage to make the tough decisions along with the positive outlook that has been missing for years! More please!!
