I enjoy listening to Hays audios. However Dissolving Barriers and 10 Ways To Love yourself are way better. This one has some philosophy in it that's weird and it isn't helpful enough.
I love having this audible and listen to it every night when I get ready to sleep. I also have other Louise Hay audibles that I listen to. I think the audible is way better than the print version because all you have to do is listen to it. It's like Louise is talking with you and you just listen, laugh and learn.
I love how Louise gives practical affirmations to help you get past your personal blocks then propels you into forward thinking that is so useful in everyday life.
I have listened to other Louise Hay performances and they all have a wonderful vibe to them. You walk away with good information that helps you to be successful in your thinking, then in real life.
The insight that I believe I will apply is remembering that as a puppet in my world, I have the power to steer and guide my life simply by thinking positively.
Listening to Louise Hay performances is a learning process but once you get it, "you get it".
I would recommend this audiobook to a friend as there are some many good tips in the set that I would like my friends to hear.
The Power of Your Spoken word. These two had many things in common / similar. Only the point of view might vary a bit.
Ordering book would lead to paying custom so downloading is a very good option. And also I can listen this while feeling tired as you only need to sit down and relax and listen.
I will choose happy thoughts instead of unhappy. Requires work but I'm listening this set many times during a week, so the message will get through.
Louise is my Guru even she does not want to be one.
