I'm thrilled with this exercise - wow!
This is a short, guided meditation to safely release anger & resentments towards 5 people, privately, without their knowledge and without their participation.
As an adult child of multi-generation dysfunctional families; I'm always open to new ideas & actions for self-healing. This exercise complements all the work I've been doing for the last 23 yrs in theraputic settings and on my own. I found it very healing to release all those nasty feelings I've been carrying in my heart; for my own health and well-being.
And what a bargain! A guided exercise, by a loving soul with a loving voice, encouraging the listener to take charge of their healing, their life, and their inner peace... And I can do this wonderful exercise as often as I desire for one low price!

I found this meditation to be emotionally draining, but in a good way. By the end of the recording, I was tired but the anger had diminished. I was amazed -- I yell and scream at these people in my head on a daily basis, yet after doing just that in this meditation, I felt like hugging these people instead.
This is a dynamic listening experience. It allows you to come to terms with any long held anger on your terms with a wonderful guide to keep you grounded and cared for during the cleansing. Louise Hay is a blessing to us all.
I've done many guided meditations and I was very disappointed by this one. I blinked and missed the beginning part. The pace was to fast. I hadn't even relaxed or taken ten deep breaths and Louise was already into the confronting the anger. They skipped the best part, the gradual relaxing to put you in a deeper state. I was surprised and I'm not sure why your asked to work with five people your angry at? For me it took away from the exercise having to deal with so many and trying to come up with five.
This is an excellent guided visualization to rid your self of old or new anger that holds you back from moving forward in life. Read by the author, Louise Hay, the pleasant relaxing meditation not only relieves you of anger, your body of stress as well.

The guided meditation on this audio book is staggeringly powerful. I found it an incredibly emotional experience with some mind-blowing elements included (I won't spoil it for others). An amazing release of decades old emotion and a sense of a clean start was what I gained from my first listen of this book - I was amazed at how powerful it was - I had not expected quite such a soul level experience. Keep a box of tissues at hand - you'll need them! WOW...
