...it's included in the final part of "Do You Do It or Does It Do You." I didn't realize this until I'd already purchased the "Do You Do..." title. I like the mediation instruction he gives in the first half, but it gets a little corny towards the end...

Alan Watts is a recent discovery for me, and surely at the right time for me.
Meditation has been a struggle for me. My perception of meditation has changed for the better from this short audiobook. Breaking aspects of meditation into components and their possible effects or usage makes sense and helps me as a student trying to learn a new skill by myself. The light undertone throughout his discussion is helpful.
The internet has made it possible for me to find some very good Teachers and Alan Watts is a real find. I am still listening to another audio book that is a compilation of various lectures he made, and it too is really enjoyable.
Alan Watts' voice is *positive* and energetic - it's fun to listen to him.
Alan Watts is as inspiring to me now as he was 40 years ago. His voice reaches each of us as if we're the only ones he is speaking to.
A mindfulness meditation session walking the listener through various forms of meditation, or as Mr. Watts calls it- 'contemplation'. I would recommend listening to it in one single sitting session. As always, Mr. Watts presents the lesson in a way that is engaging, profound, and humorous. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to scratch the surface into a daily meditation practice, or to get away by all of the misleading images and ideas that have been attributed to the word 'meditation' and truly find out what is meant by the practice.

Alan Watts has the gift of explaining complex and sometimes boring material in a light hearted and effective manner. For those who are beginners he brings home an informed yet easy to grasp conversation while those who may be more experienced will find his use of words sometimes hilarious. A "to read" person for those interested in Eastern "spirituality".
I replay this audible when I realize I haven't been meditating as often as I Like. Not to mention some of his sounds makes me chuckle. As well as his laugh. When he says we should wake up and laugh towards the end of he audible.
Feel good Book. Did I mention I Love this audible.
there was just one section, that was quite jarring, that kept me from wanting to listen again. Normally I LOVE anything spoken by Alan Watts.
