i am new to audible and ebooks and i must say i am really enjoying the whole process as well as helping me bounce back after my own dissappointment.
I would definitely recommend this audiobook to anyone who needs a bit of extra outside help getting over a broken heart. It helped me to take the first big steps in healing a broken heart, quickly and efficiently. The introduction and supporting information was nothing new, I knew all that, but the hypnosis and meditation section was wonderful. The narrator has a great voice, and he used a soundtrack in the background that worked very well for me in getting to a deep state of relaxation. The visualisation techniques were brilliant, and the meditation techniques he used to get you in that state of relaxation for hypnosis are so good, I'm still using them even now. Even after I recovered from the broken heart I still listened to this hypnosis often, just to start my day off happy. I hope it will work as well for others as it did for me.

I loved the book and the exercises. The only thing that bothered me was that the background music is very loud, it could be irritating.
If you are going through a breakup and desperate for help this is what you need to listen to. It's like he's talking to you and holding your hand through this tough times. It made me realise that it's not the end of the world.
