Cynthia must have written her response immediately rather than waiting to see what happened. I went through the 13 Steps to Radical Forgiveness and I too thought nothing happened, but later on I realized I had released all my pent up anger and was feeling peaceful again. Wow! It worked for me. Try it again Cynthia.
I honestly didn't think I was very upset about anything, but I decided to do the exercise anyway on something I found mildly irritating. To my surprise something shifted deep within me and I feel lighter and very peaceful. I am so grateful for Collins work.
