Great Book. I listen to it over and over. It has great insight to why we react the way we do to certain situations. I would highly reccomend it to anyone. Its short and a must listen.
This audiobook is a journey for life. I also own the paper version but hearing the lessons as read by Dr. Ablow seemed so personal that it was almost like an individual therapy session. I look forward to future books from him.
yes, because when you hear it, you really take it in
Keith Ablow! Because he's Keith Ablow. And he's really real.
That one's mission in life is to be oneself.
I bought this book because I am legally blind and it got really hard to read the actual book. In the audio book he refers to a "work book" which I obviously don't have. I feel like I would have gotten more out of it if I had the work book that went along with the audio book. It skips over sections of the book throughout parts 1 and 2. It also leaves out the entire 3ed Part of the book. Very disappointed.
Yes, it was interesting and easy to listen to. Not earth shattering in regards to new information but good reminders of important things
to some of them, yes
