Just Great!

D. J. Molles is so gifted! I read each book back to back and I wait with bated breath for the next book in 2014!

4+Stars.Thumbs up so far (books 1-4). Binge read.

I consumed the first 4 in the series pretty quickly and have set the series aside for a while. I'll be back for more. Narration and story are very good. I recommend the series.

Yes, in the future I would because it was so realistic, stark and in vivid color

What other book might you compare The Remaining: Refugees to and why?

I would compare it to The Mountain Man series by Blackmore because both Zombie series are so full of action and character growth and great plots. Blackmore's books had more then just Zombies as monsters and Molles books have meaner badder Zombies, both series the best Zombie action ever written.

What about Christian Rummel’s performance did you like?

Great performance, you forgot it was one man playing all the roles.

Really enjoyed listening to this series couldn't stop listening

Better and better

I usually don't go for the "zombie" apocalypse books, but this series is different. This really isn't about "zombies" at all...., sure there are "infected" that try and eat the normal humans, but these infected aren't the main focus of the series. It's mostly the integration of different regular people that propels this series, and the infected are just a detail to add intensity to the story.

The narration is the best I've heard, and I've listened to the Game of Thrones series on audiobooks. The narrator reads it with so many different inflections that you can't help but hang on every word, and react to each new situation.

Truly an amazing series with a very talented narrator. I can't recommend it higher.

Narrator Christian Rummel is one of the best ive heard so far, the way he gives tone, depth and emotion to the characters greatly improves the story experience for me. this is the 3rd book in the series, and i hope they keep him as the voice of these stories for a long long time.
