exciting story, well performed

exciting story, well performed. it may start a little slow but really picks up towards the end. the last 6 hours felt like only 1

Great book, 'not the biggest fan of Scott Brick.

The narrator always sounds like he's reading the same book, I prefer a little more range.

Excellent narration of this wonderful classic!

I've loved this book and come back to it (as also the rest of the Foundation and Robot novels) time and time again for over 2 decades. This particular book and its sequel (Foundation and Earth) are cozy and comfortable to me in the extreme - best characterized (though in their most trivial sense I suppose) as the adventures of Han Solo and Chewbacca if they were replaced by Renaissance philosopher kings and the Star Wars mythos replaced by one with a far more complex ... foundation.

The narration is excellent (and very old school - much in keeping with the tone of the novels and the times it was created in as well). An eminently enjoyable companion in over a week of walks and bike rides :)

Another wonderful story about the Fuondation . The First Foundation has a feeling that the Second Foundation still exists and starts a campaign to wipe them out only for a huge surprise.

Foundation's Edge--Intriguing

Fascinating and well worth reading if you are a Foundation fan. It left me wanting to read more.

My first read of this classic.

Timeless. Dated in some ways but still timeless in its themes. many science fiction books after this series can in some way claim this as an ancestor.
