15 words? Well, let me see. I liked this series. It was well above average. Action packed, fast moving, and very cool. I bought the series and went book by book. I am glade I did.

    Story
"Wow awesome Great story and builds well"
If you could sum up Extinction in three words, what would they be?

    Learn, build, conquer!

What did you like best about this story?

Not just one thing i can say i liked. The plot is great, the addition of programming and logic (which i suck at) makes this story so much more interesting. The way the story grows makes it an instant classic for me.

Which character – as performed by Mark Boyett – was your favorite?

Kyle Riggs is my favorite character because he's got usuable intelligence and he's pretty funny too.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Not in this book, but in the first book because of what happened to his family.

    Any additional comments?

Great listen, and it builds up well.

    Story
    "Very Middle of The Road"
Would you try another book from B. V. Larson and/or Mark Boyett?

The narrator sounds a lot like Brian Cranston from Breaking Bad. Not that that is a bad thing or anything that is just how Kyle Riggs looks like to me now. I would definatley try the next book in the series just to finish the series but it did not blow me away.

Would you recommend Extinction to your friends? Why or why not?

No my friends don't like sci fi so if wanted to get them hooked i would not recommend this one.

What three words best describe Mark Boyett’s voice?

    Heisenberg Breaking Bad

Did Extinction inspire you to do anything?

Yes get The Lost Fleet series

    Any additional comments?

The story didn't blow me away and just getting the main character's perspective is getting old. I would love to have seen the humans attack from the the eyes of one of the aliens they went up against.

Great surprises in these stories. Loving the way he "screws the pooch" and then serenity gets him around it. Good forethought on the SciFi (and science) end as well.

I like classic sf/fantasy best, but urban fantasy a'la Butcher & The Hollows hits a place, too. I own 4 cats, 3 Bengals & a stray I adopted.

    "Rip AND Roaring"

This series so far hasn't sent me into periodic episodes of deep contemplation and introspection, but it HAS provided one helluva lot of fun. So long as you don't try to think too deeply about various premises and events and just go with it, you're in for some quality, good ol' SF entertainment.
