"Knight turns the familiar features of epic fantasy upside down in this unique world of medieval politics and ancient magic seen through the eyes of dragons." (Publishers Weekly)
Although this book is a good listen, when I compare it to the previous books I am left with a little disappointment. Weather the author intended it or not, the characters came across to me as a little scatter brained or ditsy. My initial view of dragons was one of a being that is very intelligent, and driven by instinct. To me this book portrays them as that and as beings that cant make up their mind on what side to take.
The story a good one, I feel that it just needs better character development at this stage.
