Excited about Sookie's love life in this book.

Loved this when I read it

Fang-tastic
Have seen the true blood series on HBO and enjoyed. A big Dark Shadows fan and really enjoyed T.B.. This book more or less takes place after the last season. I listened to and the narrator sounds so much like Sookie from the show it uncannie. I usually do not like female readers, they do not do men voices well but J. Parker does a good job. In fact she does a great job all around.From the show I can picture the characters in my head and really enjoy the book more for it. I have ended up getting the whole series.

Love it!
What did you like about this audiobook?
I love everything about this audio book - I love the fact that I can listen to the Sookie Stackhouse novels while working out or at night when I am too tired to actually read it. The narrator reminds of Sookie on True Blood and she is captivative & just plain awesome. I love the fact that these books are all from Sookie's point of view. The story is fun and exciting - there is never a dull moment...... I highly recommend all of the audio Sookie Stackhouse novels.
How has the book increased your interest in the subject matter?
It keeps your interest high! It allows you to multitask while enjoying the great story.
Does the author present information in a way that is interesting and insightful, and if so, how does he achieve this?
Yes, she has so much emotion in her voice. She sounds as if she is the real Sookie.
What did you find wrong about the narrator's performance?
Nothing.

Better and better
At first, I thought Sookie was a bit too naive as a woman, but her character has evolved along with the others in the series. I now can't wait until the next book and try to dole it out as a treat to myself. I completed this book in two days, and the fast pace at the end kept me up the last night. The series just gets better and better! Thank you Charlaine Harris!

Witches!
This one is my favorite in the series because you get introduce to another sup group the witches. You also get the passionate relationship between Eric and Sookie, which was just bound to happen. But the only way it would of worked was ofcourse if Eric wasn't in his full mind set. But this opened up the relationship between them. I am also excited to see what happens with Jason and Claudine who makes her appearance and we get an idea of the alluring fairies. Can't wait for next book.

I love this series! I will admit that I've listened to it going on 4 or 5 times. it's my go to series when I can't find a new book. the narration is superb, she really brings Sookie and other characters to life.

This is my favorite book in the entire Sookie series, I'm listening to the book for the 2nd time!! Charlaine Never stop writing about Sookie and Eric for that matter I can't get enough!
