Excellent
I would recommend this story to anyone. The performer is a little bland, but the story leaves you wanting more. I found myself sitting in my truck for 10 to 15 minutes after I reached my destination just to reach the next chapter break. Moreover, even after listening to the book, I bought the actual physical book and reread it.
I look forward to continuing the series.

nicer than One Second After
these characters get luckier than most during the apocalypse, but it never stops being believable. I think some people will find the "recovered diary" format an interesting choice, but it keeps the narrative tight and mitigates some of the issues with post-apocalyptic fiction like unrelenting misery. instead, this book focuses mostly on the protagonist explaining how they overcame the odds stacked against them, and I like that.

A Gripping Tale of a World Gone Mad!!!

This book griped me like almost no other. I first listened to it a few months ago; and, since then, I have listen to it many many times. The journal-style of narrative immersed me in the mind of a common main experiencing uncommon circumstances in a way I never thought possible. I would recommend this book to anything without any hesitation! None whatsoever!

Good not great, not new, not innovative
I liked this story and finished six hour recording in two days. The story is not gripping, it’s pretty much the same end of world zombie story. The twist in this book is that it’s reads as a diary with lots of details. A key fact about this book is that it’s AUDIBLE ONLY that tells you something. When you add that it’s a series and it’s only 6 hours long it says a lot. Will I continue this series.... No this story is too vanela

Not bad.... not great... but not bad
I got this book based on recommendations, most were good, and on the whole, I agree with them. Story: decent, Narrator: pretty good, Wow Factor: mild-medium. My favorite part of a good zombie novel is the beginning... how, why, what.... not as strong here as I'd hoped, but not bad. You wont waste a credit. It's worth listening too.
