Publisher's summary

An Epic of Two Worlds

In a world as rich and real as our own, Richard Rahl and Kahlan Amnell stand against the ancient forces which besiege the New World - forces so terrible that when last they threatened, they could only be withstood by sealing off the Old World from whence they came. Now the barrier has been breached, and the New World is again beset by their evil power.

War and treachery plague the world, and only Richard and Kahlan can save it from an armageddon of unimaginable savagery and destruction.

In Blood of the Fold, Terry Goodkind, author of the brilliant bestsellers Wizard's First Rule and Stone of Tears, has created his most masterful epic yet, a sumptuous feast of magic and excitement replete with the wonders of his unique fantasy vision.

One of my FAVORITE of the series; RUINED.

The narrator is HORRIBLE. What the actual hell? This is one of my favorite books in the series and the reader RUINED IT. I'm returning the rest based on the fact that everyone is upset with the narrations. I miss Sam.

Impressive.

Such a wonderfully twisted mind is that of Terry Goodkind. I've never encountered an author that has this depth of imagination.

The story is definitely growing on me

Between “the sword of truth” and “the wheel of time” the story seems oddly similar in some ways but different enough in others that it is still enjoyable.

Much better voice than the last one

I could listen to this man speak for days... in fact I just have, haha! The intricately well told story of Terry Goodkind once again wows the senses and brings my imagination flaring to life. His well versed words and incredible vocabulary bring about the thought that I, myself, may just be less competent than I originally thought.

The voice over was very well done, and he reason it gets 4/5 is that the actor gets tired some times and you can just hear his desire to do the voices wane as he drums on to the beat of the book. The first voice reigns supreme yet.

I cannot wait to hear my next book!!
