It just keeps getting better and better.

I like the space battles the most and the strategy and tactics that are employed. The land battles by comparison are not as exciting but I expect them to get better once they defeat the Macros completely and introduce some better enemies who are more treacherous and brilliant.

I'm still waiting for the little intelligent robot to get a command of his own and a more human appearance.

Larson writes a great space opera in this series

I enjoyed reading the series when they came out and upon discovering that the Audible unabridged audio editions were available at deep discounts I tried one and now I'm hooked. I highly recommend the entire series - at least up to this point!

Save my little pony...

Starting to see shades of similar storylines as in other space oriented sci-fi. yet still it is cleverly disguised, in the mannor of rap music "samples" other music. But definitely worth your time cash or credit.

Riggs book 5

Any additional comments?

Riggs pushes the Macros back to the way to the Eden system. Now they are going to try and clear out all machines from these worlds and free the system. New plans and old secrets are learned.

Excellent for what it is

Don't expect a deep profound story here, and you'll enjoy it. This is a continuation of a military sci-fi saga that spans galaxies and years, fighting aliens and machines over vast and complex battlefields. That way, you'll enjoy this story as it is meant to be listened to.

Star Force is becoming a favorite series

I picked up Swarm, the first book in this series , after finishing BV Larson's Undying Mercenaries series, which was just awesome. Mark Boyett is amazing how he brings the characters to life in this series. Just like his other series, the story just keeps getting better. Mr Larson, your imagination is incredible. How you can conjur up entire alien civilizations, while keeping your characters so human is remarkable. On to the next one! keep em coming!
