Shedding the armor

I have always felt conflicted by ‘energy’ work, both repelled and yet drawn to it. Recently I heard Dr. Fay on Warwick Schillers podcast. I appreciated her authenticity and vulnerability. This book feels like a game changer to me. I listened to it on my morning walks last week and will listen to it again this week. I meditate regularly and ‘attempt’ to be mindful and present. Dr. Fay’s calm voice, easy to understand (without being simplistic) teachings shifted ‘something’ in my heart. My horses noticed it as well.

I would recommend this book for anyone! Susan is amazing in her dedication and love for her readers. I have applied this to my Horses in my work and it has helped so much.!

Absolutely perfect start to finish

This book filled in a lot of questions I have been having and is applicable to all of life.
I used mental imagery yesterday with my horse and it worked!

Valuable, Compelling Information

Read this. Try the techniques. She is not kidding in the contention that communication through the energy field works. Such a great handbook of ideas and tools!

it even works with a skunk

I haven't fully finished the book, it's so soothing to listen to that I've fallen asleep while listening. but that's ok.

tonight I used the space and visualization, and it work...on a skunk. little stinker was in my horses stall, hunkered down in the corner, butt facing out and tail up. I had my muck shovel with an old rain sheet, to catch any spray...then I thought in pictures. how he could walk to his left and out the door...I stepped back and to my left opening the way. kept the picture in my mind...and sure enough. off he went. now I consider myself a skunk whisperer. jk. but it really is amazing how it worked!

Authenticity of the content

Liked the science connection to communicating with horses. Many of the concepts were taught in my human psychology courses and psycho cybernetic principles I learned through other reading. My love for horses is deep and I could connect with the author.
