Rick Wilson has written the playbook. Now if only the Democrats will use it to fashion a winning strategy against the worst president this country has ever seen. Every Democrat hopeful, along with all members of the DNC, should read/listen to this book to learn how to beat 45 and the GOP at their own game.

Rick Wilson is a Genius!

I thought the book was well written and easy to follow. Rick's voice and break always to memoirs from the White House and debates sealed the deal for me. I believe what he says will work. I hope the Democrats listen.

Rick missed the mark when he predicted that trump would declare antifa a terror organization via tweet in his second term. He did it in his first!

Tough love and surprisingly practical

I just finished the Audible version of Rick Wilson's new book, Running Against the Devil and recommend it to politicos committed to taking the White House (and both Houses of Congress) in November. I love Audible because I commute 2-3 hours a day, but Rick's books are especially great because he is so animated and, let's face it, snarky. This is for people serious about winning and it has really helpful analyses of voting segments, target states, key constituents, messaging, and more but if you're a longtime liberal like me, there are also some uncomfortable moments. You gotta have thick skin and an open mind for this one. I bought this for my Kindle , too, so I can refer to key chapters and take notes. I recommend it. Rick was a conservative ad man for 30 years and made me and my peeps scream with how painful (read: effective) his campaigns for Republicans were. He says Trump made him grow a soul and he wrote this as follow up to Everything Trump Touches Dies, and #ETTD was born.

Political Truth at its most painful

Rick Wilson pulls no punches in his review of the political environment, how we got here, and the way we get out of this political nightmare. He's funny, irreverent, blunt, and incredibly bright, whether you like what he has to say or not. As a liberal, it pains me to own the weaknesses of the democratic establishment when it comes to politically cutthroat behavior, but own it I will and so should everyone who hears the things they don't want to be true when listening to this piece of political truism.
