Stars Damned Good!

I am shocked at how good this was. Usually box sets like this are low grade, but this one…it feels like stealing to have gotten all these amazing books for so little. If you are on the fence, get off of it and buy these books! If you’re looking for your next great series, this is it.

Rowan is a top tier FMC. She’s strong, fearless, hilarious, and inspiring. She’s the exact type of girl you want to root for. She is genuine and is so well written. Theo and Avander are also great MMCs. Beware, there is a love triangle for those of you who hate them, but it’s very well done. And the love is written perfectly. Not too fast, not too slow.

The writing was great. The plot is well balanced. The pacing is perfect. I would have liked a bit more detail in the fight scenes, but only because they were so interesting.

The narration was on point. Olivia King?! Phenomenal! Give her a Grammy! She has an impressive range and reads with the perfect amount of emotion. She’s not reading us this book, she’s acting it out. I’m so happy she narrated this! She really went above and beyond.

Adam Gold was great too. Such a niiiiice voice. He only narrates in the last book and bonus chapters. So it took a minute to get used to new characters voices. Honestly, as great as he was, I could have done without him. But he certainly didn’t take anything away for this story.

I also could have done without the bonus chapters. I did not feel they added much and were more confusing than anything. But I also didn’t have to listen to them, so that’s on me.

You gotta give this a shot! It was so stars damned good!

Entertainment Joy

There are so many times I don’t finish a story because it just doesn’t keep my interest. This series was good from beginning to end. It had great pacing. Fantastic pacing. There was good character development and the romance was sigh worthy. I really loved the characters and though there wasn’t anything hugely unique about the storyline, it was done very well. I liked the Catherine/Lochlann Treaty Series, but this one was more. The romance was more as were the characters and plot. Olivia King is an amazing narrator and the only thing I wish it has more of was Logan’s brogue. Totally worth the credit or the cash.

Loved this series/story! Olivia did a great job with narration, but Adam Gold caused a lost star. His character voices are wonderful, but everything else was overly dramatic. It was distracting & annoying.
Regarding the story, it was well rounded with story & and character arc. Good character growth as well.
Enjoyed the story as much as I did the other Lochland series.

Amazing storytelling

I enjoyed everything about this series. The world building, the adventures, the character evolution. The narration made the story come alive in the most satisfying way. This a story I could listen to again and again.

Rowan has become my favorite heroine. She's scrapy, fearless, funny, and loyal. She takes an amazing journey of self-discovery throughout the series and changes the world along the way. I've reread and relistened to this series multiple times and love this world more every time! Olivia King's narration is perfection, and the addition of Adam Gold for the final book and BONUS chapters raises it to a whole new level! While technically a sequel to Charlotte, the entire Lochlann Treaty series, this series can be enjoyed on its own.

Love it

The romance was everything I could hope for and the characters were well developed. The only thing I have to complain about is that we didn’t see much of Devin.

Great story

great story to get lost in. I stopped with 2 hours left. I didn't feel the need for the bonus chapters. that's just my opinion. this was a great read, Great deal on all the titles on one. lots of plot with a smidge of romance. just the break I needed. 4 ⭐

wonderful

I have been finding that a lot of stories are the same and the FL are whiney with too much internal monolog. These books had just a bit of everything. Narrators were good and the story kept me focused. Highly recommend.

Loved this series

I like period pieces, especially with strong women and this series did not disappoint. I will look for more by these authors!

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I definitely wasn't expecting to love each book more in just a single series. that rarely happens for me. I didn't mind the man reading in the 4th book from different POVs he was good! but honestly the woman reading from beginning to end was fantastic! this was an unexpected love that I didn't know that I needed 🖤
