Great Scot! Don't miss our other titles in the Highlander series.

"Moning excels at crafting sexy, brawny and brainy Scotsmen, and Adam Black in his Highland blacksmith glamour is one of the best. There's enough sexual tension here to fuel half a dozen normal romances." (The Contra Costa Times)
"Nonstop action for fans of paranormal romance: another lusty fantasy from Moning." (Kirkus)
I am totally in love with this book and series. I couldn't put this book down, I laughed, cried and was thrilled at the end (didn't see it coming). In the beginning of this series I absolutely disliked Adam Black. By this book I was confused about how I felt until now, love Adam Black. Karen Marie Moning and Phil Gigante work sheer magic together. You really need to read this book.
Absolutely. TIme travel, romance, heady sexual tension, and a sexy, beaufitul highland faerie? What more could you wish for!
Any of Karen Marie Moning's Highlander series with Phil GIgante as narrator. Beautiful, dark Scotsmen with ripped abs, enough said.
Phil's portrayal of the Black Fairy mesmerized me. That voice! Adam Black came to life and entranced me with his sexy, scottish-faerie accent as narrated by Phil. *sigh* I read the book before Iistened to the audio book and Phil gave the character even more depth!
I wouldn't unless Phil could do a voice over, he IS Adam Black.
Those interested in Karen Marie Moning's Fever series should read the HIghlander series first since many of the Highlander characters build the foundation for Fever.
Hello, my name is Teresa and I'm an addict.
I listened to this series some time ago, I realized there were a few books that I haven't reviewed. So here we go. If you love highland romances with a bit of fantasy this is the series you should try. You don't necessarily have to read the books in order but there is a thread of storyline that runs through them all and the last book ties them all together, so I do recommend listening to them in order. I love Phil Gigante voice, he is so sexy. Admittedly though his female voice do leave something to be desired but when he does his highland brogue it make you melt.
Her talent is allowed to shine with Phil narrating. I will be sure to keep reading all her books as many as there will be. I have been reading since I was 5. (57 years). I believe she is the best!
I just wish there was more in the series and Adam Black is so hot it's hard to pick between him and Dageus MacKeltar, who love way too much for a fictional character.
