OMG Love these books: Love Adam Black
KMM is a wonderful writer. This is one of the best books in this series. Girls do your self a favor and listen to the entire series of books. Not to mention the Dark series with Barrons and Mac.

Sexier on Audio
Moning's Highlander series is incredible. Paired with Phil Gigante's voice, it's irresistible. If you like highlanders or paranormal romance, just imagine it all combined into a time travel romance. It's all the perfect mix.

Far too short!
Would you listen to The Immortal Highlander again? Why?
No I wouldn't listen again, but not because the story wasn't good. I just don't listen to the books more than once ;)

Yes, I have listened to Karen Moning's books before. They are some of my faves. This story was good, but was over just as I was really getting into it.

I love "The Blackest Elf"!
Adam Black is sooooo bad, he's good! I love this Highlander book so much because it shows that how we perceive someone on the outside, what they show to to us thru their words or actions just may have some really good reasons for those actions on the inside. All the other things that have been said about Adam or actions that he's taken in the other Highlander books make complete sense now. The oft-times seemingly cruel and always mischievous Adam meets his ultimate match in the intrepid and feisty Gabby as they team up to try and outrun or at least evade the certain death that stalks them across the American mid-west all the way to Europe and into the Highlands of Scotland, they must do the impossible and attempt to summon the elusive Fairy Queen to save their lives, the human race and even all of the Fairy before it's too late. But will they succeed or will they lose all including each other?

Good book. Fun read..
super sexy, without euphemisms. a bit predictable, but worth it!
it has the super sexy hero of course but i do appreciate that the heroine isn't a tall and leggy beauty.
