This was an ok story I really liked the first two, they had a long and interesting storyline. This story seemed rushed. I'm happy for the two main characters. To keep up with the series I would recommend this one too.
loved the story and even more so, I loved the narratirs voice. Sexy and funny don't just describe the book but also Michael Ferraiuolo.
I loved this little novella but I sure wish it had been longer and there was going to be more books in this series. They were all fantastic.
The prologue was the telling of Fergus and his wife Elspeth running from the witch hunters in the fifteenth century then him finding her again hundreds of years later. It was a wonderful love story.
There was sexual tension in this novella and a perfect sexcapade. And the F-bomb was used 2 times, hardly enough to bother a person BUT enough for some.
As to the narrator: Believe it or not I enjoyed the narrator so much I decided to invest the $1.99 for the Audible version of this novella. He did an excellent job with every characters voice. There were a lot of characters, too, and everyone had their own voice. He was amazing.
Fergus has mourned his wife for four hundred year using his magic to bring her back with no success.
Enter Donna to welcome the clan to town--with her to die for (literally) cookies. While the rest of the family hides from her and her offerings, Fergus finds himself drawn to her.
Enjoy watching the family shenanigans, Donna's haunting and a sweet awakening to love.
