A BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY

This one is a sexy sassy, heart warmer, super sappy, yada yada yada sweet love story. I loved it! I was unexpectedly hooked from chapter one. This is a stand alone book, but, there are some intriguing friends of Stinger's that would make interesting storylines for future books. I will definitely purchase more from Mia Sheridan. Highly recommended for diehard romantics.

Really like this book

I find myself thinking about this book every time I hear the song "Sister Christian", in fact I downloaded it to add to my music. The elevator scene in this book is awesome! Anyway, I like the book because in spite of the fact it deals with some very serious subjects, it doesn't make you depressed. The slow burn is one of Mia Sheridan's standard writing tactics and she does it excellently in this book.

Love the opposite of the two main characters - surprise twist

I was pulled into this at the beginning of the story...how these two different characters fall in love just by spending the weekend together and be apart for 5 years...It dragged a bit in the middle but the ending was perfect.

Another Enthralling Love Story by Mia Sheridan

Another entertaining and enthralling story about the power of love and how it can be a force of positive change.
This novel has two very distinct parts, before and 5 years after a weekend in Vegas.
It was more of a Young Adult type of novel than some of her other novels, but still entertaining for older adults, too.
Great narrators who really brought the story to life.

Stayed up all night to listen!

This book hooked me in from the very beginning. It was a different story line that was easy to follow and enjoy. Mia created a world that you can just fall into and escape for a while. I will definitely be getting more of her books in the future. Don't put this one off like I did. Go ahead and enjoy it now!

A second chance at love, story!

This is a story of a couple that share a short, sexy affair before their individual paths force their separation. I must admit that I did find the length of the separation ALMOST unbearable. I think the story could have been better if the time of separation was cut by half, allowing the listeners more time spent with this couple’s romance. There is also some action and intrigue that adds a bit of spice, to the story.
Be aware that the subject of human trafficking is a part of this story but, the victims’ individual horrors are not experienced. Overall, I found this novel to be an enjoyable listen and I’m looking forward to listening the next book, in the series.

Just an all around beautiful story! Mia Sheridan weaves love stories with intrigue and mystery.

Wow!

I love Mia Sheridan’s books! This has to be one of the best stories I’ve read in a long time. I read five a month so there’s quite a variety. Mia’s storylines are always poignant and powerful. The character development is so realistic! I feel like I’m experiencing their saga right alongside them. This book in particular was unique and kept me wanting more throughout it’s entirety. I’m rooting for Carson and Grace! Their love story is epic. Thank you for sharing such a rich and fulfilling story with your readers. I never tire of your books. I’m surprised I only just came across this one. Leo is another favorite of mine!
