LOVE LOVE LOVE THE DACIANS
This series is wicked and I can't wait for more. Also I'm soooo glad Robert is doing the narration, it gives great continuity between the series. I hate it when narrators are chopped and changed. His accents are great and he does the female voices really well. And his rendition of dear old Nix is great, seriously quirky and out there, the Lykae Scottish accent and the Dacian one is knee melting. The British accents Cockney and otherwise are really authentic. The story was great full of emotional twists and turns - Kresley Cole is awesome. Shy placid heroines usually annoy me. But I loved Bettina - her godparents may have tried to undermine her but she outdone them and got what she wanted. The girl has serious potential I hope this pair pop up again. Their passionate byplay is entertaining.

For paranormal romance lovers you must Eat, Breathe, and Live for Kresley Cole's written word and the way Robert Petkoff reads it! I rarely find such a fantastic pairing or author/narrator and Cole/Petkoff are a match made in heaven! I have listened to all of the Immortal After Dark series available on Audible, I'm seriously addicted to living inside The Lore. The first installment of the Dacians just left me panting and begging for more of the high volume action and scorching sexual heat! Cole's novels really have everything you are looking for if this is your thing, if it isn't you should still try it to see if you may be converted. USE THE CREDIT NOW!

Perfect Author and Narrator!
I am a huge Kresley Cole fan, and I loved this book! This book is a great start to the new series The Dacians; Realm of Blood and Mist. Trehan is a hot master assassin who is letheal, confident and totally delicious. He will fight in a tournment to win the princess Bettina. The characters are very interesting and the book has some good twists. The fight sceans were good. The romance is very hot and intense. Robert Petkoff is a super star narrator - he totally rocks the male characters and he does a good job on the femaile characters. I can't wait for the next book in the series. The book was totally worth a full credit!

Lothaire's Shadow
What made the experience of listening to Shadow's Claim the most enjoyable?
I love the author and narrator!!! However, this book seemed so much like Lothaire's story that it felt like a shadow of what I have already read and listen to.

Perfect way to immerse yourself in a fantasy land
Where does Shadow's Claim rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I would say this is one of the top 5 favorite books of this year for me.
What did you like best about this story?
The plot is kind of predictable... but is a great story nonetheless. It is told in a very attention-grabbing/non boring way. I couldnt turn it off!
What about Robert Petkoff’s performance did you like?
All of his different accents and voices.
