Great Story!
This story captivated me. Diana’s detailed writing immerses you in 1700s Scotland but doesn’t overdo it. The ending of the book with Jamie was tough to get through.

I am already on the 5th book..
A few months ago I started listening to the first book, and since then I have been hooked. It is a fantastic epic with wonderful narration full of love, adventure, heartache, and triumph. Each book is very long, but very worth it!

Loved it.
I watched the series first before reading the books. I love the series and possibly love the books even more. It’s not sci-fi so I can see why some would be disappointed if that’s what they were looking for. I personally love historical fiction and love stories so this is right up my alley. The narrator was wonderful. I’ve already purchased the second book and hope it’s the same narrator because she did a fantastic job.

Entrancing

I never saw the Outlander TV show so I didn’t know exactly what to expect. And listening to the book I’m glad that it’s a whole new experience for me. I have already purchased the next book in the series and can’t wait to see where the lives of the characters goes next.
