BEST ROMANCE SERIES EVER!
Would you consider the audio edition of Outlander to be better than the print version?
Yes, I love my 1st ED, signed hardcovers of this series, but the audio is like being there, had to get everyone!

Do yourself a favor and read this book. Stunning imagery, loveable characters, and beautiful descriptions. You will be so caught up that you won't be able to help falling in love with this book.

Outlander is a compelling story
Would you listen to Outlander again? Why?
Years ago I read the book and loved it. I now have it to listen to whenever I get the urge.
What other book might you compare Outlander to and why?
I find Outlander as complelling as Twilight. One is about a human and a vampire finding their ultimate mate and Outlander is about a woman that has to travel back to the 1700s to find her perfect mate.
What does Davina Porter bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Davina Porter's interpertations of the characters are critical to the story and her accents are so wonderful to listen to.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
There are many moments in the book that moved me. The one that comes to mind would ruin the book for someone else if they read it here.

Absolutely supper
I really was skeptical about getting this book but,am so glad I did enjoy the action and adventure and most of all the love story about Jamie and Claire and their adventure. You will not regret the credit or cost. Narrator is awesome and does a marvelous job with all the many characters. I love it and is now starting book two.

Outlander
I can see how much the characters have grown since this book. It is so well written, I loved it, but the ones to come are hinged off this one. I love how Jamie and Claire fell in love after they were married. The wedding night was perfect!

Too much sex
What's the first thing you do when you transported back 200 years? Why abandon you r marriage and saddle up with the first stud you find. Forget about curious questions about how it happened, don't bother sharing any kind of future knowledge just get you some more sex. I swear this author has a sex scene every other page. Oh and her female character gets paddled and reconciled to it a bit too quickly. Now if that is all you want out of your trip into the past then great get this book. I had little interest in finishing the book and decided not to waste 15 hours more in the sack with characters that hadn't bathed and probably stank like the back end of a horse. This book might be popular but I hated it. There is not many books that I can say that about.

Addictive and compelling
If you like stories which makes you feel as if you are walking along side the main characters, Outlander will do that for you. I fell in love with some, was afraid of others, hated a few, and embraced their entire world as my own. A fabulous escape from reality and a beautifully detailed historical fiction which left me wanting more.
