Wow... So much more information!
I was intimidated by the length of this book but found that I simply couldn’t stop listening! I’ve watched Outlander, the series and it was good but the book is far superior, the narrator was absolutely AMAZING and the detail was perfect! I loved it! Starting book two immediately!

A Taste of Wonder
This story transported through the character's lives. I love the details. I enjoyed the magical spin, but also not getting too mystical (which is fine, but I love to imagine that this could happen)! The main antagonist is one you really despise! The heroine isn't without her flaws, but I like reading a character who is portrayed and a strong minded and willful woman. And of course, the romance portrayed in this story not only makes my heart leap, but sets my soul on fire and makes the book dragon in me satisfied!

Awesome
I am inclined to think Davina Porter’s voice was on the old side for this book, but as I am still working my way through the series, it is possible the end may justify the choice in narrator. That said, Ms. Porter is a phenomenal narrator, who brings all the characters to life and immerses one in the story. The story itself is epic and wonderful! Can’t get enough!
