Kai, an alpha werewolf, lurks in the nearby trees watching her bleed out. He chooses to save her the only way he knows how, by changing her. Aurora struggles with her past as a domestic abuse survivor and the new dominating and violent lifestyle of a werewolf. No one is prepared for what happens next. The tides turn in favor of the werewolves. The Matefinder has been found, and she is more powerful than anybody ever imagined. But is she prepared to be the most hunted werewolf in history?

This book is by far one of the best I have ever read. It has Action/Romance/Werewolf's/Witches/ Vampires and a amazing plot. The characters are so well described that you feel their pain, joy and all their emotions. The narrator did a good job but she didn't get the male voices right. A dual narrative would have made it perfect . I highly recommend this book and can't wait for the next.
Matefinder has the basic feeling/elements of shifter/supernatural world without being a total clishé. It's interesting and different story with magic,, friends, finding oneshelf and love
Mystery, Romance, Drama
I would recommend this volume to any of my friends who enjoy books centered around the supernatural world. It has all the elements of that type of story that I love.
Dara Rosenberg always does a great job at bringing the characters to life and infusing a bit of personality in each of them. The different voices are distinct and easily recognizable.
This story played on my emotions as a mother a bit. The way the pack cherishes children and yet how difficult it is for them to have children pulled my heart strings.
Great character building, dives right into the story. Style of writing is exactly what I look for and the performance was done very well. Looking forward to the next volume.
I am an audio book junkie! ! In my real life I am an ER RN and Mom to a teenage son.
i almost skipped this book due to the name and cover but I am very glad I listened to the reviews and gave it a chance. it was a great story, easy reading and kept my attention throughout.
i cant wait to read the next 2 in the series!!
I thought werewolves were a bad thing for humans. This book shows a whole different perspective on werewolves, vampires, witches and the infernal know it all government.
Liked a lot of it, but some of it annoyed me.
