Marco Donati is rich, ruthless - and more often than not - indiscriminate. Interested only in satisfying his sexual needs casually and frequently, he has no intention of changing a thing about his life.
Natalie Lambert is alone, broke, and new to the city when a chance encounter leaves her under the power and control of Marco Donati. As the story unfolds, tensions mount and trust is tested between two people who can't manage to stay away from each other.

I've always been a avid reader so now I'm a avid listener. I prefer the paranormal genre but I do like to switch things up. It's boring if you don't have variety. Of course I do love the romance and the hotter the better. Also, you can't beat a good thriller filled with suspense and a ending you can't even guess at until the very end.
I enjoyed this listen. It's not very complicated and it's predictable but it's good. I do think it is a better book to get on sale because I'd rather use my credits on those mind blowing listens.
O Day of days when we can read! The reader and the book, either without the other is naught. Ralph Waldo Emerson. I Love to read, a great time for me is curling up with a great book!!!
Marco is such an alpha man whore but I love him. He was infuriating, self indulgent and all male. I did not like the heroine's weak backbone though but, it was an awesome ride.
I'm a big fan of Lynda Chance's books and was delighted that Marco's Redemption was in audio. I thought the narration was expressive and suited the story perfectly. I hope to see more Lynda Chance books produced in audio.
Audiobooks are relaxing and 'food for the soul'.
If they are anything like this book, definitely NOT.
Jill Redfield who does such an excellent job narrating the Phoenix Pack Series. Emily Beresford's attempt at male voices leaves a lot to be desired.
The lead female character could definitely be the champion of pole vaulting, given how high she jumped EVERY time the lead male character told her to. I mean it was throughout the entire book. Thank goodness it was a short listen.
The angry, controlling alpha male who becomes enamored with the young innocent and sweet girl. I enjoyed this entertainment nag book, with the one exception that a lot of story lines were merely mentioned and never fully examined. I particularly loved the epilogue...never never never would have expected it! Funny!
About a 7 on a scale of 1-10. The reader was just ok. Her style was just too fast.
It's Lynda Chance.... What's not to love. Hot Alpha male that always gets what he wants. Sounds like the perfect story to me.
Marco I guess.
Not really. Not like I do when I read her books.
While I think that Emily Berestford did a ok job with the book. She seems like she is rushing. Reading too fast and taking a lot of breaths that were very audible. I mean maybe she was pushed for time, I don't know, but it just felt like she was speed reading.
it was an overall good story, paced well with just enough story line to keep you interested. Its a quick easy listen. What I liked the least was, the ending. It felt rushed. It seemed like it was still in the middle of the storyline when the author jumped it 8 months in the future when he out of the blue proposes then it jumps 7 years in the future. Ending needs to be rounded out a bit.
Nothing really sticks out
No, not at all. The ending of the book would have to be completely re-written.
I really enjoy the world of books! Narration just add layers to that world... don't u think? :)
I really like this. It was a dom/sub story...I love me some dom/sub stories... This was a subtle dom/sub, because Marco never really ties her up or nothing, but it is very obvious that Marco is a dom. So cute, for Nat to go from rags to riches in a I will be your housemaid to pay off a bill sort of way. I totally loved it.
Narration was good. Nothing to rave about, but good.
A good credit.
I'm one of the reviewers at the Guilty Indulgence Review Site. I am always reading - I don't go anywhere without an ebook or audiobook!
I took a chance but wasn't impressed. There was just no "wow factor" to capture my interest.
