If you could sum up In Bed with a Highlander in three words, what would they be?

Exciting, Seductive, Enveloping

What other book might you compare In Bed with a Highlander to and why?

I don't think I could compare it to another book. I dare say that this is the first book, besides my normal authors, that I felt was a real page turner. I loved it on its on, but if I HAD to compare it to another book, despite being two completely different schools of writing, I would have to say the Sleeping Beauty series.

Which character – as performed by Kirsten Potter – was your favorite?

I loved all the characters she played. Ms. Potter grabbed you with her Scottish accent, and made you feel like you were right there with them. I loved Calen, he is exactly what I would think a Highlander would be.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

To get his revenge, he must steal her heart.

I am in love with the series so far. I love the writing, the performer, Ms. Potter, and the entire book. I am eagerly awaiting more. I <3 Highlanders.

I loved thebook!

Great characters. Fun story, though not historically accurate. Fun read--though the next one is the best in the series.

This book puts all other romance novels to shame. I do not want to give the story away but I fell in love with the characters immediately. I kept wondering where she was going to take me next in this journey. I am definitely a new fan now. I also need to say the narrator is beyond talented. She is hands down the best I have ever heard. I dont know if authors have a say in narrators but she should be the person they all want narrating and performing their stories.

What a delicious read! Cant wait to pick up more of her books! Extremely well written and the acting was great!

The narrator has more of a spanish accent rather than a scott, it took several hours to get use to it

A good read, though I have read better Hilander books.

This is the first book I've listened to by Maya Banks. I found myself picking up my iPod every time I had a spare moment, even if it was just for five minutes. The story was good, grabbed me at the first page, and the characters likable. Ms Banks did a wonderful job with her secondary characters, I am hoping they get a grand story of their own.

For now, I am now off to buy the other two books in this series.

Not my cup of tea

I wanted to hear Scottish accents and sex so I decided to try this out. I technically got what I was looking for, but it didn't satisfy me. I think if I were into highlander romances more, or if I were less into paranormal romance this would have been cool, but it didn't scratch my itch like I wanted it to. It wasn't bad, just totally not what gets me going.

This was a great and exciting story

I haven't read many romance novels but this was wonderful. It was a little bit like Fifty Shades (with much better romance) meets Braveheart. I can't wait to read Book 2 of the series. I do wish they would take that picture off the front cover. It's nothing like I would have pictured either of them.
