The Enforcer's Oath: Protect the club at all costs.
Jackal made an enemy out of Penni when he kidnapped her years ago. He let her go, never imagining she would take a piece of his soul with her. Now, protecting Penni against a former brother will force him to place the club against her once again.
She may be the hostage, but he's the one held captive by the lust she refuses to admit binds them together.
She thinks The Last Riders and another man will be all the protection she needs to end the tug-of-war between them. However, he's never lost a battle, especially against a tiny blonde with an attitude, begging him to teach her that her place is under him.
To end the battle, he's going to have to reclaim the piece of soul she stole from him or claim a part of her soul as prisoner.
When a predator takes you hostage, you're his forever.

A DECENT NARRATOR..... COULD NOT FINISH......
i LOVE JAMIE BEGLEY, I HAVE EVERY ONE OF HER BOOKS. THERE IS JUST NO EXCUSE FOR REALLY BAD NARRATORS!!!!! i WILL RETURN T6HIS FOR THE WRITTEN BOOK
SHE WAS SO BAD I CANT UNDERSTAND HOW SHE GOT THE JOB.
The narrator's voice is absolutely terrible! She was so annoying that I had a hard time keeping up with the story.
Never again will I listen to Liisa Ivary's performance. In fact, she should be banned from narrating any more books!
Yes .. again & again .. as Jamie Begley knows how to write a great book .. That you want to listen again.
That it was a Long Story ... Big Bang for my Buck .
Too many to write ... the whole book to listen to was Awesome ... Penny is hard case ... lots of ways she is alot like Shade ....
Penny Talking to Jackel about Shade finding his soul mate & how she wants that too.
You wont go wrong Purchasing this book... You will love it .. :-) Cant wait till the next one goes up on Audio .
Feeding five horses in the morning, I'm listening to my audiobooks. On the tractor dispensing you know what I'm listening to my audio book. Daily brushing of each horse the audio book is running. Only time I shut it off is when I'm walking with the dogs or horses in the woods.
Last rider series is my favorite. Each one of the series reminds me of someone I have known. This book reinforced a character you meet in Razors ride. Penny is a doll and her story. The other part of this series is, it's the American Dream. Thanks Jamie !
Audible Addict!!! My Favorite books have change since joining Audible and my taste for erotic has enhanced! Follow me to the dark side. ;)
I could only stand about 20 min because the narrator is not good for MC books. I will have to quit because it's just that bad. It may be a good story however I can get past the voices. CAN SOOMEONE PLEASE HELP JB FIND BETTER NARRATORS. This is the fourth book that I have hated the narrator. Jamie please take my advice. Joe Arden, John Lane, Christan Fox, Sebastian or Jeremy York to name a few male narrators. I can also name a few females if needed. NOT GOOD
I love this author and all of her crossover series.I bought all the audible s out so far but the Predators narrator's just ruin it for me. I enjoyed all the Lasr Riders and VIP series narrations, was looking forward to this set but I really regret spending my money. I just can't get into listening to them with the narrator. I hope that none of her future book use these two woman to narrate.
I loved this book and was excited to listen it. The narrator made all the characters sound like a man with a cold. Jamie Begley, I am so sorry but the narrator for Hostage killed it. I love Penni and Jackal and was excited when I saw it in the audible books. Then I started listening and lost interest in listening. This narrator was not right for this book.
I'm an audiobook blogger for authors and narrators. I do reviews and post all things Romance, Horror and Sci-Fi
First off I love Jamie Begley's books, they're an automatic buy and download for me and this book is just as good as any of her others the problem is with the narrator, her tone just doesn't fit this genre and where I can usually finish one of Jamie's books in a day, this one took me three days and many points in which I was sorely tempted to just quit. It was only Jamie's writing that pulled me through.
My recommendation? Buy the book, skip the audio!
