They rekindle their searing, sensual affair, and Anastasia learns more about the harrowing past of her damaged, driven, and demanding Fifty Shades.

I have recommended this book and audiobook to all my female friend!! it was a very interesting book.
Anne Rice Her earlier books before she was ANNE RICE
My daily commute time literally hijacked any spare time for reading, and then, AUDIBLE.
Lighten-up a little on the sex, because after book 1 I'm longing to 'get inside of Christian's head'. Yeah, Christian alludes to some of his problems, but after finishing book 2, the man remains an enigma. By the middle of book 2, I began to fast-foward through the sex, because 'the thrill was gone' after book1 and the first 5 chapters of book 2.
Yes, but with a disclaimer that the story seems to promise a lot that just isn't delivered in the end. It's very unlikely that I'll move on to book 3.
Yes, especially if the movie found a way to add depth to Christian.
if possible even better than the first!!!! the plotline is much more exciting and dramatic you wont wanna put it down even to sleep

In general, I liked the humor and the growth of Christian Grey due to Ana Steele remaining herself through the relationship.
Anastasia Steele Grey...she was a wholesome, intelligent woman who loved with her whole heart.
Of course, Anastasia Steele Grey.
Yes, the book made me laugh, cry, and look at relationships in a different way.
I, particularly, liked the idea of having a contract in any relationship clearly stating expectations of each person in it. It was great entertainment and Becca Battoe kept me company over the last couple weeks and when I moved from Tempe, AZ to Montrose, CO.
Anna, she stands up to Christian when know one else will.
When he fills the boat house with flowers and gets down on his knee.
Yes and almost did. I listened to it twice.
The whole series is wonderful.
Yes. I think Becca Battoe does a great job of giving different voices to each character. I absolutely love her voices for Christian and Ana.
The main character, Ana, is my favorite...and a close second is Christian. Ms. Battoe does a good job with the tension, sex and anger. It's one HOT listen!
I would not recommend the audio version of this book due to the narrator. She simply did not fit the subject matter.
A better narrator and a realistic plot.
Nothing. I bought it for my wife and she thought it was average.
Explicit sexual scenes were. . .eh. . .stimulating.
Teenaged mentality a must to enjoy this one.
I will listen to this entire series again and again...it's really well written
She reads with emotion and I love the voices and tones she chose for each character
Anything with Christian being sweet...he's so charming
Book 3, here I come !
already have. i got done with 50 shades freed and needed more
i love how the story line gets deeper as it goes on
