Good story and better narration

This wasn’t TL Swan’s best (who is ever going to compare to the Miles brothers) but I did discover my new favorite male narrator. Very listenable.

This was a great story.Always love her books. If you are reading this STOP you are wasting time when you could be in the book instead. 😘

Good listen

The story was pretty good. the narration was spot on. the only issue for me were the lumpy throats but if they were able to swallow and move on then its a great read\listen

Don't be fooled!

I read all the reviews before listening to this one. I only docked its stars for the fact that I personally love equal female and male perspectives. This one was definitely more female narration and perspective.
I saw in previous reviews that people thought the woman was childish and the man too harsh.
I disagree. If you listen to romance you know this is part of the game in certain books. Yes she played games, so did he, but it was a good amount of games on both parts!
I very much enjoyed the book! It was really good!. The guy ended up being a pretty great guy and sweet. Not all is what it seems in the beginning!
I like when a guy is sweet from the start, but I also enjoy when the guy is a bit of an A$$ then turns to be sweet, so this was right up my alley. Good listen for sure!

TL Swan is hands down one of the best authors! This book did NOT disappoint! I can't wait for the books on the other characters

Henley and Juliet's story is spectacular! Their banter is noteworthy and given Henley's issue, his love for Juliet is nothing but a T.L. Swan novel!

So emotional and relatable

This was an amazing story filled with love, real life moment that can be totally relatable and very emotional. I even cried when his father died and he was grieving. T.L.Swan has done it again, I read/ listened to every book she wrote and she outdone himself with this one .

Great story with just enough spice

Amazing story that kept me listening non-stop. Narrators over all were good. Slight hard time listening to the male narrator doing the female part and other male characters-harder to distinguish a change in character but it got easier the longer I listened.
