From New York Times best-selling author Kristen Proby comes the third romance in the Love Under the Big Sky series, featuring a veteran struggling with PTSD and the one woman who can help him recover - and learn to love again.
Jillian thought she was a city girl through and through; the fast cars, high fashion, and glamour - she loves it all. But when her ex tells her he's having a baby with his new wife (after Jillian struggled for years to get pregnant), she hightails it back to Montana to cry on the shoulder of her best friend, Cara.
But in truth, Jillian would rather be comforted by someone else... specifically Zach, Cara's brother-in-law. Zach is a veteran of the Iraq War who came back to the family ranch to raise his preteen son after the boy's mother took off. He's struggling to re-establish a relationship with his son, and warding off the demons of PTSD, which still haunt him. The last thing he needs is bold, brassy Jillian... but why can't he keep his hands off her?

The story is great! If you love any Kristen Proby books you'll love this too.
The story flows smoothly and it's really hard to put down. I read/listened to this in one day.
The narrators are spot on and hearing both male and female voices makes you enjoy the story even more. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! Buy this story now!!!!
I love the storyline and how the main characters Zack and Jillian fall for one another
Tell us about yourself!
I live Kristen Proby and her stories, characters, and ability to bring you right inside the book. This story was beyond expectations.
I loved Elizabeth Loise. She's an amazing narrator. Not a huge fan of Deacon Lee. I just felt like he was uncomfortable.
Sweet, sexy and fun easy listening. I really enjoyed it. Quick and a wonderful conclusion to the series, my favorite of the three books
Excellent narration and a story that pulled you in and never dragged. I have truly enjoyed all of the books in the Under the Big Sky series and this one tied the first two together and gave a very satisfying HEA. But I would love it if Kristen Proby wrote more in this series, they are plenty of supporting characters whose stories should be told.
Again, this was a very heartwarming and enjoyable listen.
It's was good to get Zack and Jillian's story. And also to hear more about Seth and how he was growing up since being with his dad and since the last book. I always enjoy Kristen Proby. Great author. The narrators were good as well.
The narration was pretty good, especially EL's, but DL's wasn't bad. The story was pretty good. I have been waiting for Zach's story and wished there would have been more to it.. I fell in love with Seth more than anyone else in this book, KP really portrayed his "getting better & settling in to the family" so well. The story, for me had no flaws with the exception that it was too short and even though past characters/brothers/sisters/friends, etc were brought into this book I think it could have been more detailed; maybe the next one, except I think we've run out of characters to highlight in another book.
I can believe the series has ended. I loved the Christmas Eve story the most and want to do that starting next year. There were a few people left in town maybe we'll visit Cunningham Fall again soon!
I am a huge fan of the write and this time she did not fail to capture me again. I was overwhelmed once more.
I like the twist towards the end.
The narrator brought this book to life. Elizabeth has one hell of a voice.
"Another good story"
I'm going to be honest, the three books in this series are nice, good and at times passionate.
I did struggle to finish each and every one of them and that was partially due to the predictability of the stories. Would I listen to a fourth book in this series? ... unlikely.
Would I listen to them again? ... no!
Love these men in this series, sexy and hot! I love that it focuses around a ranch, family too. Can't wait for the next, who is it going to be about?
