Publisher's summary

What if a "Once in a Lifetime" could happen twice? Suffering from a past full of tragedy, Dahlia London's soul has been left completely shattered. Happily ever after is a far cry from reality in her world. But when she is reconnected with her past, the bonds that form are irrefutable. When River Wilde, lead singer of The Wilde Ones, comes back into Dahlia's life, the intensity that fires their relationship combined with underlying feelings that have never died lead her to believe she has met her soul mate. Struggling with confusion as old connections fade and new ones begin, Dahlia's grief begins to lift - but guilt remains. River wants to be the one to mend all that is torn within her. But with a past that is never really gone, can their future survive?

Hated it

Would you try another book from Kim Karr and/or Veronica Meunch and Christian Fox ?

I dislike listening to gratuitous foul language. I did not listen to this long enough to understand the plot, since the language is so bad. I will not listen to any other titles by this author.

Would you ever listen to anything by Kim Karr again?

NO

Soooo slow and painful

Not sexy or interesting and the female narrator who does the first 3/4 of the book is zzzzzzsnooze-tastic. Then it ends in a cliffhanger- terrible!!!!

Annoying cliffhanger ending

I am tired of cliffhanger endings and I am tired of characters referring to sex as fu¢#ing all the time.

Ugh. Gag. Soooooo disappointed.

This book is so terrible. Maybe it's me, seeing the rest of these reviews, but I feel this one all around sucked. The narration made Dahlia sound so fake when she had dialogue with River, and I didn't feel that her character's thoughts and dialogue belonged to the same person. The plot made her fiancé seem douchy, despite all his redeeming qualities, which I felt cheapened the story. And if I hear the adjective "adorable" again... Well, let's just say Kim Karr should invest in a thesaurus. No masculine hero of a book should be called adorable all the time, or adorably hot, adorably funny, adorably gag me! Not worth the credit. Can't even finish it.
