Escaping a cheating ex, finance whiz Sara Dillon's moved to New York City and is looking for excitement and passion without a lot of strings attached. So meeting the irresistible, sexy Brit at a dance club should have meant nothing more than a night's fun. But the manner - and speed - with which he melts her inhibitions turns him from a one-time hookup into her Beautiful Stranger.
The whole city knows that Max Stella loves women, not that he's ever found one he particularly wants to keep around. Despite pulling in plenty with his Wall Street bad-boy charm, it's not until Sara - and the wild photos she lets him take of her - that he starts wondering if there's someone for him outside of the bedroom.
Hooking up in places where anybody could catch them, the only thing scarier for Sara than getting caught in public is having Max get too close in private.

The humor in the dialogue, the narrators and the story line. This could be my favorite of this series.
All the books in this series. You get to know this wonderful group of friends and want to share their experiences.
I loved all the scenes where Hannah was asking Will questions. Direct and naive, Hahna was so much fun.
This series is my favorite. I would recommend all the books. They are fun, sweet and super sexy!
Great book - hooks you from the beginning and does not disappoint throughout. Can't help but fall in love with both leads. Hope to see more of these two!
The dual point of view makes for a good time. It's so nice to see Max's POV.
Oh Max Stella... You are a delightful piece of British hunk. He's tasty and funny.
This novel its a highlight in its genre: Credible characters and for an erotic novel a fairly profound plot. And the two narrators did an excellent job!
Absolutely!!! Hearing Max Stella's "voice" adds a GREAT deal to the experience.
The constant jaw dropping, heart racing pace of the story was extremely addictive.
Max Stella done by Jonathan R. Cole was phenomenal!!
Author of more than 50 novels. I read mostly romances and love adult romance erotica and historical romances set in the 1870 1880 west.
Yes, because I love hearing Max and his accent.
Max. He is a horny, loveable lug.
They are grand. I really love Grace. She even does guy voices well. Often, the men narrators sound like female impersonators when they do women voices.
Made me laugh and giggle.
Racy book but never vulgar.
The characteristics of "the Stranger"
If was a great book to read as a follow up to Fifty Shades trilogy
The first night they stay together!
The last chapter!
Jonathan R. Cole should narrate all hunky British men, I'm looking at you Redheaded Series. Sweet baby cheesus and all the wise guys he could read stock quotes and I'd listen. And when he calls her Petal...*fans face* Max Stella could take me ehhummm.
The end. We all know these types of stories end happy, that's why we listen. Well that and the ummm well let's put it this way: Night Club, Roof Top, Restaurant, Warehouse, Charity Party, Taxi, Office and I won't reveal the best because spoilers.
Max - "You could break my heart just know that, yeah" Now imagine the sexiest British accent saying that "yeah".
The story was engaging and the writing was excellent. The characters had purpose and the sex didn't overwhelm the story. Perfect blend of erotica and romance, much better than Beautiful Bastard. Now what are you waiting for go put that credit to good use.
Most definitely. I am loving every book in this series but I have to admit that Jonathon Cole makes this sooooo worth listening to rather than reading.
Max. He is adorable and so darn sexy!
Grace Grant does a great job bringing Sara to life but it's Jonathan Cole's smooth accent that really gave Max a voice. I could listen to him for hours. lol
