Escaping a cheating ex, finance whiz Sara Dillon's moved to New York City and is looking for excitement and passion without a lot of strings attached. So meeting the irresistible, sexy Brit at a dance club should have meant nothing more than a night's fun. But the manner - and speed - with which he melts her inhibitions turns him from a one-time hookup into her Beautiful Stranger.
The whole city knows that Max Stella loves women, not that he's ever found one he particularly wants to keep around. Despite pulling in plenty with his Wall Street bad-boy charm, it's not until Sara - and the wild photos she lets him take of her - that he starts wondering if there's someone for him outside of the bedroom.
Hooking up in places where anybody could catch them, the only thing scarier for Sara than getting caught in public is having Max get too close in private.

Audio-fiction ADDICT !
I loved this second book of the series . The first book was good but this one much better. Funny, witty, and engaging. I loved the main character Max ;*********
The narrator was good but she needs to work more on her male voices and more animation
I highly recommend this book :)
Oh my. So poorly written, with such flatly drawn, one dimensional characters, that I stopped listening about a third in. Thank goodness it was free.
Audiobooks are relaxing and 'food for the soul'.
Most Definitely! It was highly entertaining. It definitely kept my interest.
Max of course. No pretense whatsoever.
Different Character inflections, which brings out a whole different side of the story.
When they finally make it to an actual bed.
I absolutely love Christina Lauren's characters with accents.
Absolutely, it is quite entertaining.
I absolutely loved Max and his sexy English accent. I enjoyed this book more than I did Beautiful Bastard.
I'm an audiobook blogger for authors and narrators. I do reviews and post all things Romance, Horror and Sci-Fi
But then that's a very high standard to reach, the witty repartee of the first book seems to be missing here, but I will be buying the 3rd installment and hope for a return to the first books formula, not a bad buy, by any stretch of the imagination, just a let down from the first.
I have 3 kids that occupy all the TV's in the house...enough said...addicted to audiobook ....shhhh don't tell my husband ;-)
This installment was way better in my opinion then Beautiful Bastard. Love the dual narration and the British accent. They did use the same female narrator so Chloe and Sara have the same voice which is kind of annoying for me especially when you listen to the books back to back, I would say her saving grace is that she does a good British accent for the male part in this book, because her female voices don't seem to vary at all. This book isn't about angry sex but hot voyeur sex. Very Credit worthy!
Another winner. I just wish she would write faster. I started this series not knowing if I would like it but have been completely taken in. I like the characters and the different places she takes you with the sex scenes. I will now be a follower of Christina Laurens. This is the first book I have listened to with two narrators. I really liked the switch and Jonathan Cole's accent was great to listen to. Overall I would say listen to the books.
Sexy, Erotic, and perfectly Beautiful! I read all through the night, could not stop listening. I want a man who is willing to explore my fantasies safely and give me all of it. LOVED
Yes, b/c I like to be able to listen when I am running around instead of sitting down to read which I don't have much time to do.
I found Grace's voice annoying, however, she did a good job with the male's British accent. This is the first time I listened to Jonathan. I think he did a great job.
I like Beautiful Stranger better than Beautiful Bastard. I like that it alternated POV between Sara and Max every other chapter. It was refreshing to see both sides. I like Max. He was genuine and fun. I did not like Grace Grant's voice but she did a good job with the male's British accent.
In my top 10!
Really liked the split story telling. (Male/ female readers)
Listened to it in one sitting and will most likely do it again.
