Publisher's summary

Picking up where Beautiful Bastard left off, Chloe Mills and Bennett Ryan continue their steamy, combative relationship.

Just when Chloe’s career starts to take off, Bennett wishes it would all slow down long enough to spend a wild night alone with his girlfriend. But after he refuses to take no for an answer, Chloe and Bennett find themselves with two plane tickets, one French Villa, and a surprising conversation that, predictably, leaves them wrestling under the covers.

Great Addition

Beautiful Bitch reads as extra chapters and epilogue for Beautiful Bastard, especially since I listened to it after finishing up BB.

I enjoyed seeing where Chloe and Bennett were after their HEA in BB and how they continue to keep the heat in their relationship.

Grace Grant narrated Chloe's POV in Beautiful Bitch. She did a great job with Chloe and a pretty good job with the male voices. She truly performed the story, not just read it. She made me feel the emotions of the characters while I listened.

Kirby Heybourne narrated Bennett's POV. He did a good job with Bennett. But I really loved his British accent for Max.

Freaking love it!!

This one is just perfect! I love Chloe and Bennett! They are just great together and the chemistry is to die for. Snarky, bitchy, funny, romantic and relationship goals! Great continuation to their story.

BOO HOO... IT WAS TOO SHORT BUT OH SO VERY YUMMY

This is really a long Epilogue to Beautiful Bastard but what a sweet little morsel it was as Chloe and Bennett's relationship is finally out in the open and their love affair gets deeper and more intense. It was romantic, entertaining, deliciously hot and totally addictive.

Worth a credit? At $6.61 I just bought it but if I had of used a credit on this listen that left me with a 'feel good' buzz and a smile on my face then I wouldn't have been disappointed.

Good ending for Bennett/Chloe

What did you love best about Beautiful Bitch?

Kirby Heybourne can actually read French quiet well. He sounds sexy.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Dominique, Max's house keeper. She got Bennett tipsy and sent him in town to get some loving someone else b/c he was moping around while waiting for Chloe to get to France.

What about Grace Grant and Kirby Heybourne ’s performance did you like?

They get in to characters as they read Bennett and Chloe.

Any additional comments?

This is a good ending for Bennett and Chloe. I love that this book is written through both Bennett and Chloe point of views. The sex scenes were hot and steamy. I like the fact that Chloe's personality chill out a little. She was not as brazen as the first book but she was still head strong and stood up for herself. I like the fact that she recognized her feelings much faster in this book and it did not dragged out. I love Bennett and how human he was and how much he loved Chloe. All in all, this is a good read. If you read Beautiful Bastard, you have to read this book. My favorite quote of this book was Bennett's mother advice to him, "Find the woman who will be your equal in every way, don't let yourself fall for someone who would put your world before theirs, fall for the power house who lives as fearlessly as you do. Find a woman who makes you want to be a better man."

Cute

Would you try another book from Christina Lauren and/or Grace Grant and Kirby Heybourne ?

Yes but maybe not Kirby

Would you be willing to try another book from Christina Lauren? Why or why not?

Yes

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

I didn't get why if u have two narrators why do I still have to hear Kirby doing the female lead and the same goes for Grace. I didn't really care for Kirby but I do have to say he did get a little better the more the book went on.

What would have made this romance irresistible?

I get that the writer is trying to show the vulnerable side of the characters but I think Ryan was to sappy, so maybe if he weren't so needy but I enjoyed the story it was cute.

Excellent Continuity - Read the Whole Series

I have really liked this series. That said, I have other series I have liked more. That was until I stopped focusing totally on Bennet and Chloe. Beautiful Bombshell was a fun focus on Vegas, I dug it. Thanks for the Continuity! Please read: Beautiful Player was left off my list because I didn't know if it would pay to step away from focusing on Bennet and Chloe (Did I like the series enough to pay for this one??). I was wrong. After I finally listened to Beautiful Stranger (Max and Sara) , I realized I needed to Listen to Will's story on this one. Both Stranger and Player go into Depth in their characters - I love the his and hers versions and the accents by the way on these narrations as well - this is one of the cases where the narration surpasses the written book. Perhaps it's the evolution of the series in my mind, but I prefer to think it's the evolution of the writing (getting better and better). Bennet and Chloe still need more personalization - don't get me wrong, love them, but what they're feeling is never as clear as it is with Will and Hannah and Max and Sarah - I look forward to your continued growth in writing - especially since Beautiful Player..I'm hungry for more!

Duel narrators either rock or fail epically...

Grace Grant does a fabulous job narrating this series, but the addition of Kirby Heybourne voicing Bennett, for me, took a lot of the enjoyment away. Grant speaks for Bennett wonderfully, but unfortunately it sounded like Heybourne took none of her development of Bennett into consideration while doing his part. It was almost like they were two different characters... I found it hard to pay attention to the story because the disconnect was so strong. You might want to consider the ebook instead for this particular story.

the male narrator ruined this experience for me

I love this series! this is the third book I've listened too, but it took everything I could muster to get through it. the male narrator, Kirby Heybourne sounds like a whimp. it was painful to listen to him. there's no way Bennett Ryan would ever sound like that . yuck! luckily this appears to be the only book in the series that he narrates. and it was only about 4 hours so it was over sooner rather than later. the story is a good one. I listened to the last book in the series, beautiful, and then the first book, beautiful bastard, so it was fun start filling in the blanks between the two. grace grant was delightful to listen to as always
