Publisher's summary

Nola Leary would have been content to stay in Kilcairy, Ireland, healing villagers at her family’s clinic with a mix of magic and modern medicine. But a series of ill-timed omens and a deathbed promise to her grandmother have sent her on a quest to Half-Moon Hollow, Kentucky, to secure her family’s magical potency for the next generation. Her supernatural task? To unearth four artifacts hidden by her grandfather before a rival magical family beats her to it.

Complication One: The artifacts are lost somewhere in vampire Jane Jameson’s occult bookshop. Complication Two: Her new neighbor, Jed Trudeau, keeps turning up half-naked at the strangest times, a distraction Nola doesn’t need. And teaming up with a real-life Adonis is as dangerous as it sounds, especially since Jed’s got the face of an angel and the abs of a washboard. Can Nola complete her mission before falling completely under his spell?

Loved it!!

First Molly Harper book for me... and it was so cute! I wanna know what happens next!!

I didn't realize this was a spin off, so I am happy to read up on the Vampires :D... buuut, I'm so so interested in the witch's stories, not to mention Jed and Jed's family.

also, I found the accent perfect. the narration was wonderfully done <3

Thank You, Molly, for such a lovely story! Good feels all the way through :'D please write another with miss Nola!

reader

Would you consider the audio edition of A Witch's Handbook of Kisses and Curses to be better than the print version?

Very well writen the suspense keeps moving. And has a fun story line that draws you in as if you were there. Looking toward to the next book.

What did you like best about this story?

The young witch is like most people having needs and wants. and with some trails and errors along the way you get what you want. Just like in real life.

What about Amanda Ronconi’s performance did you like?

She brings the book to life. At times making it feel as if I were there. And is a very good reader.

Molly Harper Scores Again!

First, I love this series and I love Amanda Ronconi narration. That said, I have to admit the pseudo "Irish" brogue, which she uses for Nola, is a bit off putting at first. However, I soon forgot about it as I became more immersed in Nola's madcap adventures. Fun and laughter for all.
I also enjoyed the appearance of characters from previous stories.

So Fun!

I love this series of instructional paranormal books. A number of Molly Harper's stories connect to one another in subtle and not so subtle ways. Like in "Care and Feeding of Stray Vampires" Harper starts each chapter with a quote from the "Handbook." ( which was purchased in Jane Jamison's occult bookstore) Our witch moves from Ireland to the back woods to discover her neighbor is HOT, and not quite human. Harper's characters are quirky and witty and generally kind. A sexy and fun read.

Entertaining ~

Cute story with a funny set of characters.
The narrator did an excellent job. A silly story that entertains and has a wonderful ending. I would listen to more books by this author.

loved it

so the book was slightly predictable, but there were a couple of twists which were nice. the narration for the main character was abysmal, which is abnormal for Ronconi. but I loved the revisit with the different characters and the love story made sense
