Where does The Processes rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I love this book because it says what you want to learn in a short manner. There is no lenghty explaination where you get lost into the process. I love this!

Helpful processes for improving perceptipns

If you can believe it all, it can transform your life. If you don't believe it, try to use the techniques as a silly game. You might learn something.

Tons of useful information!!

This book requires to be read at least 5 or 6 times or in this case listened to....this is an audiobook after all lol. Be sure to find and dowload/print the 22 levels of emotions as the narrator mentions this document many times but it isn't included with the audiobook version. Just search Google images for the 22 emotions and there will be a plethora of useful colorful illustrations that you can use to accompany this book.

A lot of the information they give is important and makes a lot of sense.

Inspiring and Informative

What a great book! If you are in the receptive mode, this book will continue to offer nuggets of wisdom and 'ah-Ha" moments from start to end. Definitely a book to be listened to more than once, with frequent stops and replays of chapters to speak to where you are. I Definitely a must listen!

Practical Application: Self Diagnosis and Cure

As a big fan of this whole series by Esther and Jerry Hicks I felt (very briefly and possibly oversimplified) that the whole 2 Part series covered all the bases, with reinforcement on key areas, but that Part 2 especially offered a whole lot in the way of self-diagnosis (Emotional Guidance Scale) and finding the cure (22 Proven Processes). It tied a lot of things together and if you're a fan of the workshop it gives you all kinds of fun things to try out... thus breathing fresh air into that process alone.

I'll admit that Esther is the better speaker, but I found Jerry (may he rest in peace) very soothing.

However you should NOTE that I found it more effective to have the book version as well because I felt I needed the Emotional Guidance Scale (that they refer to constantly) in writing and I also appreicated having the written version of the 22 processes. I wrote to Audible and these sections they refer to as inserts were not provided in pdf format. That could have been extremely helpful, but the online version of the book is very reasonably priced.

Phenominal

I can honestly say this has changed my entire way of thinking! I am so excited about reading / hearing the next few books in the series. I found it to be life changing and uplifting. You truly can solve any problem in your life, and turn it all around! This book is about hope and guidance. Bravo!

Excellent and Practical

Some of the things that they suggest in this book are actually very simple, like keeping a journal of positive aspects of anything that you feel like writing about. I have noticed that my overall mood has lifted, even with this simple game. I enjoy playing some of the other games suggested in this book, and for the most part, it has helped me look at life through different eyes.
