The background noise on some of the reading is distracting. The filler songs on some of the chapters detract from the Bible experience.

A must have to keep, great for anytime.

This is a great production. The background sounds add interest to the readings.

CONS - I found a chapter or two that are missing.
- The songs that are interjected are sometimes irrelevant to the current subject.

So wonderful and engaging!

I really enjoyed this book from start to finish. Enjoyed 3-5 chapters every morning without skipping a beat! I have already recommended it to a couple friends. I hope who is reading my review picks up this audio book and enjoys it at a consistent pace.

This book brings the New Testament to life

This book brings the words to life. I prayed to Jehovah God to show me how the first Christians lived. Then I found this book which brings out emotion and feelings to the listener. I really think that others will enjoy this book as well.

DRAMATIZATION OF THE ENTIRE BIBLE

It is an incredible dramatized version of the Bible in TNIV. Various, well known African American actresses, actors, artists, pastors, authors, educators, leaders, etc. All have come to together to complete this inspiring project of dramatically reading the very Word of Truth and Life. This audio version is also accompanied with surround sound of background noises to enrich the scenes and setting, and also some gospel songs that express the heart of that specific scripture(s). I highly recommend this version of auditory Bible dramatic reading to anyone and everyone, whether you are on the “go” or wanting a relaxing time at home. The acting and setting of the scenes are accurate and professional, have depth, and it is honoring to the Word of God.
