YES!

Ram Dass reminds me of the the School Teacher that, on the surface, appears to do very little Class work but has this personal connection with each individual that gets them to learn almost without knowing it and perhaps even despite themselves in some cases! Many of his teachings and talks are based on his own real life Experiences that he has lived through and can now speak with that authority and confidence. Add the humour into the pot and it is an excellent Life manual!
This book is certainly worth 2 or 3 full Listens as the previous Reviewer mentioned!

Always Returning

Sit with these words and just let them hit you like a cool breeze. No need to study them, just let them move through you. I come back to these lectures time and time again. Words that point toward the way of none attachment, the way of finding it all within myself. As if they were not coming through a speaker, but as if the words were being excavated from the deep reaches of my heart and I had just forgotten they were there the whole time.

So many beautiful messages that I will revisit and revisit for guidance until they are completely embedded in my life to pull from. I've dealt with anxiety and depression since a very young age, listening to these words, messages, talks have given me so many tools for working through both.

Hearing Ram Dass speak is like coming home

In his gentleness, his carefully uttered words, Ram Dass is indeed a servant of the divine. The pauses between his words, the breaths inhaled, are as meaningful as the spoken content. No matter how often I hear it it always reveals new insight.
