I am very impressed with this book. This is really an excellent book. This book teaches about universal and internal energy within yourself. The book utilized for my accreditation was not as clear as this book may be. Brilliant depictions of the zones of the body they reach. I particularly valued the clarifications of how to perform self-mending and recuperating for other people. Good listen book..
