If your business isn't growing, then it's dying. To attract agents to your real estate team or brokerage, you must evidence your ability to increase their productivity and help them sell more real estate.

In his most important work to date, veteran coach and real estate consultant, Brian Icenhower, shares the systems and strategies he used to build some of the fastest growing real estate companies in the United States.

Recruiting is the single most valuable skillset in real estate and the linchpin of all successful real estate businesses. To exponentially and sustainably increase the net profit of your real estate business, it is essential that you operate a committed and systematic recruitment practice.

Simplicity!

Easy to follow along and put into action. Great scripts to put into play! This is like CliffNotes for recruiting!

Want to start your own office? Step 1. Read this

October 1st, 2020 marked the 1 year anniversary of the brokerage that I'm proud to be a partner in and I wish I had read this book before we opened the doors at AHS Realty Pros in Concord.
After finishing this book I realized that offering the best technology, training, at no monthly Fees, and the best real estate systems at a 100% Real Estate Commission with a simple $495 fee aren’t reason enough alone for agent to join our brokerage. We had to offer more and show agents how we really will help them sell more real estate. This book will force to realize that you have to talk about WHY agent got into the real estate business. It’s to sell real estate, and we show them how we can help them sell more real estate. So we have made this at core of our recruitment model. Other ideas I got from the book are that you need to show and tell and really build a culture learn by building a coach and mentorship program where everyone can learn from one another. Our agents are actually teaching the classes which really great because the agents have become better presenters and it shows in their confidence. Do yourself a favor, if you want to grow your brokerage and get this book. Also, check out “100% Real Estate Commission And The Death Of The Big Box Realty”
If you want to check out what All Homes Sold Realty Pros offer our agents just for comparison visit our website and if please don’t hesitate to reach out to me as I would love to help you grow your brokerage so we can learn from each other.
I wish you all the best in your business and I wish I had discovered this book sooner. _Adam Barakzai

A good book but......

The book states that you can go to this website they give you to download the forms he talks about, scripts, etc.m but what he doesn't say is that in order to do that you HAVE TO become a member to his site for a monthly fee.
Just thought it was a bit misleading, other than that is a good book.
