A great message and glimpse into a raw foods diet

It was great to listen to but I should have paid more attention to how long it was. yes it was inexpensive but he didn't really go in depth. I didn't think it was much of a book, more of a pamphlet.

Incredibly short I think it was only 45 minutes long.

Well spoken but not worth the credits, I didn't realize it was only 40 minutes longer so you can find the same amount of information doing a Google search for about five minutes. Well written though for such a short piece
